For projects that require design, we’ll take measurements, assess the site conditions, and discuss your requirements and preferences. This is where we gain a clear understanding of the project scope before proceeding to the design phase.
Step 3
Design Production
Once the design agreement is signed, we get creative. Using your input and inspiration, we'll develop a conceptual design proposal with architectural floor plans, mood boards, 3D views, and lighting layouts. Expect regular updates and opportunities for feedback to ensure the design reflects your style and needs.
Step 4
Zoning Reviews and Committees of Adjustments
If your project requires zoning reviews or adjustments, we'll take care of the necessary paperwork and approvals on your behalf. Our team will prepare architectural drawings, represent you in front of zoning committees if needed, and ensure that your project complies with all local regulations and codes.
Step 5
Engineering and Permits
Once the design is finalized and any zoning requirements are addressed, our team of engineers will ensure that the design meets all structural and mechanical requirements. In the meantime, our permitting experts will handle the application process to secure the necessary permits for construction.

As we near the finish line, our focus shifts to the last details. Through meticulous inspections and walkthroughs, we ensure that every aspect meets your standards. Upon project completion, you’ll receive a comprehensive Closeout Binder with the tools and essential information about your new home.
